We service walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers, reach-in coolers/freezers, prep tables, undercounter units, display cases and merchandisers, beverage and bar coolers, ice machines, and specialty systems like wine cellar cooling equipment-across most major commercial brands.
Maintenance helps prevent surprise failures, improves energy efficiency, supports food-safety temperature control, and extends equipment life. Most businesses do service at least twice per year, but high-volume kitchens, dusty locations, and ice machines often benefit from quarterly maintenance.
Diagnostic visits are $99.99 for home residential appliances, $120 for commercial equipment, and $150 for walk-in coolers and freezers.
If you approve the repair, we apply the full diagnostic fee toward the repair cost. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee still applies. We provide the full repair quote before any work begins.
The fee reflects the complexity of the equipment and the time usually needed to diagnose it. A residential refrigerator is generally a more compact system. Walk-in systems often have separate evaporators, condensing units and controls, so tracing the fault and checking the whole system usually takes longer. The exact diagnostic time depends on the fault and access to the equipment.
